As mentioned before on Twitter and Facebook I wanted to take a quick minute or two to update everyone on what happened on Friday December 18, 2009. There was an outage that took place from 4:37 PM EST until 5:12 PM EST. The problem was due to router issues. Rather than copy and paste what happened you can read this post and see what happened. Please feel free to contact support if you have any questions or concerns.
