Outage on Friday December 18, 2009

As mentioned before on Twitter and Facebook I wanted to take a quick minute or two to update everyone on what happened on Friday December 18, 2009. There was an outage that took place from 4:37 PM EST until 5:12 PM EST. The problem was due to router issues. Rather than copy and paste what happened you can read this post and see what happened.
